Fabric Warranty:

We do not provide a warranty for fabric-related issues.

Damage Warranty:

Damage claims will only be repaired as the damage is caused by the customer. No replacement will be provided.

Mirror Warranty:

There is no warranty for mirrors.

Repair Warranty:

We offer repair & maintenance warranties as long as 1 year.

Delivery and Fitting:

Currently, the customer is responsible for the delivery, and fitting charges may apply in the future. We plan to take over deliveries, and fitting charges will be included.

Online Order Benefits:

Customers who order through the website enjoy free delivery and free fitting services.

Refund and Replacement Process:

Refunds and replacements will be processed after a thorough inspection by our team. If the product is deemed non-repairable, it will be replaced with approval from higher management.

No Refund, Return, or Exchange for Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for cases related to a change of mind or customer demands. 

Refunds in Rare Scenarios:

Refunds are only considered in rare situations and require approval from higher management.
