Floor Delivery:

• Heavy items like ACs, refrigerators, and deep freezers will be delivered up to the 3rd floor only in Karachi.
• If the floor space is spacious, this service is provided at no extra cost.
• For smaller or congested spaces, additional charges may apply based on the situation at the time of delivery.

Karachi:

• Product inspection is available upon delivery, but changes of mind during the actual delivery attempt are not acceptable.
• Inspection is limited to checking for damage, missing components, or verifying the actual item.
• Our delivery staff will check electronic appliances upon delivery to satisfy the customer. However, due to time constraints, they will not operate the product extensively.
• Your cooperation in understanding this process is highly appreciated.
• You’re requested to ensure that you are satisfied and have properly checked your product at the time of delivery.

Payment Options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Advance payment required:
• Minimum Rs 500 or 25% advance for orders in Karachi that are far from our office address (e.g., Malir, Bahria, etc.).
• Some orders within Karachi with higher COD amounts also require advance payment.
• Delivery will be attempted after confirmation via phone call within 2 or 3 working days.
• Delivery fees for Karachi will be charged based on the location.

Out of City:

• Advance payment (minimum Rs 1,000) required before dispatching.
• Incomplete addresses (e.g., self-collection or unspecified home addresses) require advance payment.
• Delivery charges apply separately based on city zones (A, B, C, D).
• For orders exceeding Rs 50,000, full payment must be made in advance.
• Delivery within 5 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.

Return Policy:

• RETURN is possible if the customer received the wrong item(s) from our end.
• RETURN is accepted only when an item is unused, unscratched, and in the original packaging or in the same condition the customer received at the time of delivery.
• Items will not be returned if they are found damaged, scratched, or used.
• RETURN of wrong item(s) will be entertained only when the original invoice/receipt is presented.
• Item(s) must be checked at the time of receiving the order; otherwise, return claims will not be entertained.
• Item(s) such as ACs, UPS, burners, range hoods, and cooking ranges cannot be checked on the spot at the time of delivery. These must be checked, and complaints (if any) must be registered within 5 working days of delivery.
• The order will not be replaced/returned after the date and stamp have been placed on the warranty card.
• Please check the order while receiving it. After that, any complaints will not be acceptable.

• The product price was mistakenly applied incorrectly.
